Cruiser (Length 3)

Length 3

Trait: A three-cell mid-size ship. Sharing its length with the Submarine causes confusion.

A mid-size ship occupying three cells that, together with the same-length Submarine, complicates your opponent's calculations.

The Cruiser occupies three cells. Since the fleet also has a three-cell Submarine, your opponent has to find two ships of the same length, which complicates their reasoning.

Mid-size ships have a huge number of possible placements, making them easy to hide. Placing one in the center risks being tracked from every direction, so tucking it along one side can reduce the number of tracking directions.

Placing the two three-cell ships far apart means that even after one is sunk, your opponent can't easily narrow down the other's location.

Placement Tip: Keep it as far from the Submarine as possible to spread out the two three-cell ships.
